there is a busted pipe in our apartment and when the spigot outside is used it floods our kitchen. owners refuse to fix it saying we should "wait and see". a broken pipe does not become unbroken by waiting and seeing. my kitchen is going to flood, there is going to be water damage and mold. the outside spigot is no longer functional like this. i don't understand how having major water damage (future potential mold and pest issues notwithstanding) on your property isn't an instant problem! call the plumber! do not rent with t... read more
I can not give any stars, I had called and asked if any 2 bedrooms open Mrs Hamilton stated no and I asked for one bedroom she stated they did have an opened one it was being painted then to be cleaned and spoke to my reference. I was told by Ms Hamilton that she would love to have me as a renter and I could have the apartment. owners aren't hard to get a hold of, which is nice. they are quick to respond to heat & air issues. docked a star for not doing much in terms of yard care beyond mowing. we have overgrown bushes and weeds which looks bad, especially considering how well the people across the street keep their properties. they also do no pest control so if you end up with a random ant problem, you're left to spray or treat it on your own. the apartments are a good size for a couple or single person, bathroom is big and has his & hers sinks. k... read more
