Terrible customer service. Front counter employee treated me like I was an inconvenience to them , owner doesn't care either !!! Note to owner, word of mouth goes a long way.

Posting for my husband, Alan. Brought our Club Cadet lawn tractor up to Hamelins today and the service was fantastic. It was just a small issue with a knob on the mulcher and they fixed it in 5 minutes and we were done.
