Very professional and friendly people, did warranty work on my Ego snowblower and were great. Will be back
I took my brand new Briggs and Stratton snowblower to them for warranty work. It was used not even once they kept it for almost 8 months and they didn’t fix it right. they would replace the part, charge me and it would break again as soon as I put it to work. They kept talking bad about Canadian tire and how they assemble it wrong, where I bought the product from but they wouldn’t fix the cause of malfunction. I offered to pay for repairs but they kept saying: “you didn’t buy it here” I took my machine to them multiple times... read more
These guys are true professionals, Service and Care cannot be compared - thank you to our Technician Mike for being so accommodating and informative! This is the spot. They are beyond knowledgeable and even know about old products that are discontinued and they never even carried. We'll worth a visit.
As long as you can get past the gross condescending tone from the owner especially (and it seems to be trickling down to his employees lately - probably doesn't treat them well based on his attitude with customers), even when being a repeat customer that's spent a LOT of money there and does their research prior to visiting to make their job easier, it can be a good place for replacement parts. Would rate higher if customer service was respectful.
