I have had back pain for over a year straight due to Scoliosis and thought there was no getting around it. My doctors had told me that there was nothing they could really do except help me manage the pain. However, after just one appointment with Dr. Hamel, my pain was significantly less. After a few appointments, I barely experienced any pain for almost two months. It has been life changing to realize there is something that can be done about it.
I love visiting Dr. Hamel because she helps with my neck and shoulder pain. I recently tried acupuncture, and it was the most relaxing experience. I would recommend Dr. Hamel to everyone in the MacGroveland neighborhood (and greater Twin Cities)!

I had an ongoing foot issue for 4 months, woth daily discomfort and pain. An orthopedic doctor advised that the only thing I could do was rest it. With one visit to Nicole, and a gentle adjustment and taping, I have gone nearly a week with no pain - happy to now be on the right path for healing!
Highly recommend giving Nicole a try, if you have never experienced this type of self care. This is not about cracking things to gain alignment - her approach is intentional modification and adjusting only where it matters. You won't be disappointed!
