This was my first time visiting with Dr. Sajjadi. After seeing over 5 ear and sinus specialists, unfortunately, they couldn't tell me what was going on with my ear, which kept clogging. Dr. Sajjadi diagnosed it in less than 10 minutes and explained it to me with professional clarity. I highly recommend this doctor; he's amazing. Thank you, Dr. Sajjadi.
I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I initially called to make an appointment, and the receptionist told me they would try to squeeze me in soon. Instead of calling me back directly, they contacted my husband and scheduled me for the next day at 9:00 AM. My husband agreed and mentioned that I would call to confirm. I was in urgent care to find ENT doctor while I had to wait for three weeks to find one . Just to make sure I kept looking and booked another appointment with Doctor Sajjadi . I made a phone call asking them why my appointment has been canceled by them not me. I sent a couple messages asking WHY ? Reason was that I was seeing someone else before them therefore I am not welcome according to Pamela front clerk? I would think that Medical Board would have something to say about this?? I contacted them May 6th to request a new patient appointment, and they made one for me July 3rd, I called all the other ENTs that my insurance covered in the area and they were the only one that could fit me in that soon. I called them today June 10th, I called them hoping maybe they had a cancellation, and they told me that since they are no longer going to be taking my insurance as of July 21, they’re not seeing any new patients with my insurance.
