I was in urgent care to find ENT doctor while I had to wait for three weeks to find one . Just to make sure I kept looking and booked another appointment with Doctor Sajjadi . I made a phone call asking them why my appointment has been canceled by them not me. I sent a couple messages asking WHY ? Reason was that I was seeing someone else before them therefore I am not welcome according to Pamela front clerk? I would think that Medical Board would have something to say about this?? I contacted them May 6th to request a new patient appointment, and they made one for me July 3rd, I called all the other ENTs that my insurance covered in the area and they were the only one that could fit me in that soon. I called them today June 10th, I called them hoping maybe they had a cancellation, and they told me that since they are no longer going to be taking my insurance as of July 21, they’re not seeing any new patients with my insurance. my son had a sinus surgery with Dr Sajjadi and since that day my son has been dealing with chronic headache and nerve pain. In all these years since the surgery we have been seeing many specialists and trying many treatments and repair surgeries. He damaged my son's trigeminal nerve and caused a cranial CSF leak, both of these conditions are now very complex to treat. I had a ruptured ear drum since many years. Dr. Sajjadi performed the surgery and he really did an amazing job. He is very kind hearted and has really good bed side manner. He always responds you back whenever I tried to reach regarding any health concern. He went through my medical file very thoroughly and also helped me in my vestibular migraine recovery. I’m incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Sajjadi. I developed a sudden middle ear infection and saw the ER and two other Otolaryngologist and ENT specialists, but none were able to help (my ears and hearing were only getting worse). Dr. Sajjadi took the time to properly examine me, identified the issue, and prescribed the right treatment. Thanks to him, my ears and hearing are completely back to normal.
