Dr Ahmed is very nice and he cares about his patients.
Dr.Hamdy Ahmed is a very professional yet caring doctor. Everyone at this office is courteous and friendly. Dr. Ahmed nurse is very kind and also caring and professional.
Dismissive is how I would describe him. I've had multiple appointments with him and he has adopted a wait and see if things get worse diagnosis. When I ask to see a different doctor I was told by the assistant office manager that being unhappy with your care is not a reason that they would allow me to switch doctor's within the practice. Then I was blocked from accessing their websites.
I was so impressed with my first visit with Dr. Ahmed. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, welcoming, and efficient — I only waited a few minutes before being seen. Dr. Ahmed made me feel very seen, heard, and comfortable, which means a lot when you’re navigating complex health issues.
