Above and beyond experience! Ordered for same day delivery and the delivery was out within hours. Received a call regarding the delivery and asked if they could leave the arrangement on the porch as I was out running errands and they politely informed me that due to the cold temperature the flowers wouldn’t last long if left behind. I ordered a festive basket for the birthday of a staff member. It was perfect. It looked exactly like the picture on the website. My colleague was thrilled and couldn’t wait to bring it home to share with her friends. The gift was delivered on time and came with instructions as to how to prolong the life of the flowers.
