Always heard of excellent service ready to give them a try. Need new fall look.
Was given an appointment card for my mom that had appointments scheduled every Mon morning for 6 weeks, then when I called to confirm, the scheduler said she saw no appointments made for her. She then transferred me to someone who never answered and couldn't get someone to answer the phone for 5 hours.
No one EVER answers the front desk phone...Very frustrating
I LOVE the medical staff! They are very compassionate & understanding. Sometimes we have trouble with coordination of benefits, though. I also don't care for a few of the office policies, such as keeping overpayment without letting the patient know & applying it to future visits (assuming there are future visits), and charging $100 mandatory copay for each visit if you've been in an accident because they anticipate legal challenges by insurance companies.
