We have been patients under Dr. Hamby's care for probably 10 years or more we absolutely love his office and the sense of urgency they always give us when we have an emergency. I've never used the MedSpa side but I couldn't imagine that the care provided would be any less of what's provided on the DR side.
I love this office! Dr. Hamby has seen my 8 year old daughter since she was 1-2 and my 1 year old son since he was 4wks old! We've always had a good experience with Dr. Hamby. The kids like him too, so that helps!
This place is absolutely horrible. The receptionists are rude and hardly ever answer the phone. Plus, they will wait until the day of your appointment to inform you about fasting labs that must be done before the doctor will see you. Unprofessional, by far. Remember, the patient is paying you, not the other way around.
Dr. Hamby is one of the best doctors I've ever had the privilege of having as a PCP. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and I don't know what I would do without them.
