I was rudely put on an indefinite hold and then have not only tried to call back/others from my party have tried to call too and the phone lines are going straight to voicemail. I messaged through the page and it says "typically replies within minutes" and it's been beyond a reasonable "within minutes" time frame. We would just like to know why there is no communication with repeat customers or if the shows' seats are genuinely already filled up.
