Went here on 4-14-17 for my bachelorette party. The show was great and waitress was good. Several of my girls had bugs in their drinks. Looked like fruit flies. In shots not sure how that could have been missed before sending out. Ok things happen. But the lack of response is the problem. We tell the waitress she takes away the drinks. No apologies or anything. And then after so long we asked for a manager. Who turned out to be extremely rude and nasty. I left this in your reply on one of our groups comments. This is a bug fat lie!!!! First of all the waitress sucked bugs big time. I myself never got my food, and am glad after some of our party found fly's in their drinks. (3 out of 12). Also two others of our party never got their food either. One guest never even received salad dressing for her salad. When discussed with the waitress about all the bugs and all else, she never once came back to even offer another drink to our party, or even try to rectify any of our issues... read more
Never going back... bugs in our drinks and the manager Friday night (4/14) was very rude about it. Not going to pay for service like that again.
My first time was this past Friday night.We had a party of four.No issues whatsoever.Our server was very nice and helpful.The food and drinks were off the chain. The entertainment was great at what they do.We will definitely be going back, very soon.
So, my friend was having her Bachelorette party here and everything was going ok until a few of the people at our table found bugs in their drinks. When we brought it to management's attention, they treated us like shit and basically kicked us out. All we wanted was maybe a "sorry that happened, let me get you a new drink" or something to that effect but no. I was sitting at my table one minute, ready to order another drink, next thing I know the waitress is handing us all our checks. I will never be back here again. Js.
I think your server Tristan is a bitch and she does not deserve to work there and Mrs Tristan customers are always right and her mouth is bad I will never be in there if I see that bitch
The entertainment portion is always fantastic :-) however the service is SLOW:-( for a drink or food.
First time in Jacksonville & at Hamburger Mary's. Had a fabulous time. Entertainment was AWESOME and the bartender hooked up the drinks!!!!
My first experience wasn't great, I'll admit. It was a year ago. The food and service were amazing, but most of the performers left something to be desired. This year all three were great. My burger was perfect and served quickly, my server was amazing even with the crowd, and the performers were great.
