My wife and I came here completely unplanned. Well worth it! Our server was Charlene. She was very service-driven and polite! The burgers were very tasty, excellent coffee and very good baked world-famous cinnamon rolls! Go here if you happen to be in Downtown Delaware!!

As always good food our waitress Sara was nice n polite she was all over it. The cinnamon rolls are the bomb! Always a pleasure going there
Great Waitress, made the visit fantastic, told us all about the home made sauces and huge cinnamon rolls with maple frosting....excellent food, homey atmosphere, eat at the counter only, sitting on stools....no booths. Too bad we live in Michigan, but since The Hamburger Inn has been there since '32, maybe we'll make it back.

I go here a few times a year and at random times. I hate getting the glaring stares from "the regulars" who give you crap if you sit in "their" seats! First come, first served buddy! Get over it! Food is good though!

Great service. Food we enjoyed. Was first time eating there today. Know the owner for years great guy and runs this place well.
We moved here from Muncie Indiana and all we heard about was the H I. We have been there several times now and have never experienced anything near what others have written here. Our service has always been great and the food excellent. We were there last week and I had a half order of fried potatoes and biscuits and sausage gravy.
