Hygeinetist very cold . Had equipment failure in my mouth, never asked if ok or offered an apology. This was the first time seeing her, had to tell me every detail of cleaning.
I had been seeing my original dentist for over 40 yrs. He passed suddenly and had no one to fill my dental void. I had been passing Hamburg Dentistry on my way home. I was lucky to make an appt. At the office sooner than I expected. When I arrived for my appt. I was greeted quickly and courteously.
