My experience was very pleasant. The staff at Hamburg Overhead helped my understand the service that was being performed. I didn't understand what needed to be done, they took the time to explain the problem and solution, while pricing me with reasonable rates. Thank you everyone at Hamburg Overhead door, especially my friendly serviceman. I would call the company any day.

Worst customer service ever. Don't use them. They don't value your time or business. I took a day off work for service they showed up in my driveway to tell me they don't have the part. When I called, it was " Oh well, the part is not in, we'll call you to reschedule." Really? What about the day of work I lost? They had 5 days to let me know. I had used them 4 times before, never again. There are plenty of companies that need and WANT your business. No thanks. Never use them again.

They may be the biggest...but they are definitely not the best. We had a garage door opener and new door installed and the opener has never worked properly. No one at their company seems to know #1 what is wrong with it or how to fix it. I would suggest you buy your openers and doors somewhere else.
