Just great ppl. Very kind and helpful
My husband has made three appointments and they have canceled on him every time. When he tried explaining this was the third time they had canceled, they told him to find another provider.
My mother feels she has been lied to and taken advantage of. Dr. Brotherton has shown time and again she is only in this for the money. During my mother’s initial assessment she informed my mother she needed 3 vaccines, but never informed her she would be required to pay the bill for receiving a Tetanus vaccine. Between Dr. Brotherton and Cigna health my mother has been taken advantage of and not listened to when she really needed a provider. My mother has not received the care she should be receiving.
