If you want to be mistreated, dismissed, lied to, be ignored, not have your health taken seriously, have your Dr. and management make a false wellness check on you for advocating for yourself and then dropping you from the entire practice because your home security cam happened to catch the call in question where they swear they “heard you say you were gonna harm yourself”, When you absolutely did Not. My husband has made three appointments and they have canceled on him every time. When he tried explaining this was the third time they had canceled, they told him to find another provider.

My mother feels she has been lied to and taken advantage of. Dr. Brotherton has shown time and again she is only in this for the money. During my mother’s initial assessment she informed my mother she needed 3 vaccines, but never informed her she would be required to pay the bill for receiving a Tetanus vaccine. Between Dr. Brotherton and Cigna health my mother has been taken advantage of and not listened to when she really needed a provider. My mother has not received the care she should be receiving.
