Scratched the fuck out of a set of wheels. District manager won’t call back. Brand new car....... fucked up now
Went to Hamad today to get a nail pulled out of my Jeep and patched. Waited about 45min and the guy comes out says, " Your all done, Merry Christmas." I asked what I owed. He said nothing have a Merry Christmas. GREAT group of guys. Reminds me of the good old days with mechanics. Merry Christmas to you guys, thanks again.
my boyfriend took his car for an oil change on November 11th, when he left the shop car was making a knocking noise so we took it to our mechanic and they said Hamad Tire messed up his engine & it needed replaced. we contacted the Director of Operations, Linda, who was very unprofessional. Had my vehicle towed in because the car was not getting any power from the battery. They told me my battery was bad even though I had only purchased it a month ago. I ended up paying for a new battery and they kept the old one. A week later of driving the car it would not start again. Found out it was a bad connection on the cable so I paid $5 for a new part at Walmart and never had a problem again! It was my first time there and very disappointed they could not figure out this issue.
Jim is gone and so is the integrity. Will never go back after thirty years of fair prices and good service. Its like a day care, all young smart mouthed kids.
When no one else could do an oil change and the rest were charging $50+, I walked in and they got me in right away. Super friendly, super helpful and a great price!! Will be back and recommend!! Thanks guys!!
I had my new tires put on today and had a great experience! Chris was very kind and courteous, service was excellent and tires were done in a very timely fashion. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
