I bought Goodyear Tires from the goodyear website store. Goodyear sent me to Hamad Tire to put the tires on. Hamad Tire damaged all four of my 18" rims. Damages are in the exact same spots on ALL four tires. Hamad tire says it is rock damage, in the same spots of all four tires...how is that possible? The crazy technician came out and screamed and cussed at me, while my infant was in my arms, inside their store. Said he was going to push my f'ing truck in the middle of the street. I bought tires for for my jeep and they didn't tighten the lug nuts and I almost got in an accident and a stud broke off and Hammad doesn't want to do anything about it.
fast, friendly and VERY affordable. I would being any car or truck here for service.
They put the incorrect tire size on my vehicle and when I discovered their mistake and took my car back in, they acknowledged their mistake but told me that I had to purchase all new tires! I paid them $1,000 for the wrong set, and months later $1,000 for the right set. Terrible customer service and the owner refused all calls.
Had to get four new tires for my wife’s van. Got in right at eight am and was done by nine am. Got a super good price on Goodyear tires. Service is always great here. They really now service and how to make customers happy! We have used them before on tires. Safe is super knowledgeable. Would recommend Hamad Tire to anyone looking for tires or service.
Went to Hamad today to get a nail pulled out of my Jeep and patched. Waited about 45min and the guy comes out says, " Your all done, Merry Christmas." I asked what I owed. He said nothing have a Merry Christmas. GREAT group of guys. Reminds me of the good old days with mechanics. Merry Christmas to you guys, thanks again.
