I had a wonderful building experience with H-M in 2004-2005, above and beyond the normal construction road bumps. Working with Brian Plechaty as H-M superintendent, the house is a sparkling jewel along the Oregon coast. The framing was so solid, there are no noises in the house when the winter winds blow hard, unlike most average homes that whistle from air leaks.
