Went to this lovely family store whilst visiting Fort worth on a texas road trip with my brother. The lovely lady that served us was really friendly and knowledgeable to a t. The most friendly jeweller and welcoming store I've been to in Texas in the 2 weeks I have been here. The store is really beautiful and reminds me of my local jewellers in scotland . The only shame is with Brexit the exchange rate for us Jocks over the pond has made everything super expensive .
Just moved to Fort Worth and the battery on my watch was dead. A colleague suggested I check out the Haltom's and they were amazing - took just minutes to fix my watch and when I asked how much they said it was complimentary! They had an option to donate to the food bank - great community partnership. Nice selection of jewelry and watches in the store and friendly staff - go check them out!
Excellent jeweler! I recently went in to get a watch repaired and even though I know nothing about repairs or jewelry lol, I could not have been treated better! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so much so, that I found a beautiful chic necklace for my mom :) I truly love great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place!
To all my friends in the DFW area, I visited Haltoms Jeweler on this past Saturday. I approached the store behind another non black couple. The store clerk buzzed the two in and as they saw me approach, told the couple in front of me to close the and lock the door to not let me in. To the astonishment of the man in front of me, he apologized and held the door open. He made sure that I knew that the clerk advised him and that it was not his doing.
