Was buying a $25,000 tractor that the throttle linkage was very tight on and very hard to move so I asked the owner if he would have the lock nut loosened before they delivered my tractor. To my surprise he resisted and argued that it was to much work for them and that he had notified Kioti and they had not fixed the problem. Individuals who work for Haltom Equipment are rude and obnoxious. I requested an online quote for the best price to purchase a S800X and received the third degree from a Scott. Where was I located? He didn't want to do business with me if I wasn't local. He accused me of trying to get a lowball price stating, " I don't play that game." Buyer Beware - Stihl Purchase – I would not recommend buying anything from this place. They ordered the wrong chainsaw bar for me and wouldn't refund my money. I walked in and told the guy what type of stihl bar I needed and he sold me one. After I left I looked at the bar and it wasn't the right gauge that I had asked for. So I went back in and he said to leave the bar I bought and he would just order one and I could pick it up 2 days later.
