I was passing through Alex and visited a friend at Halstead Towers ... the staff is great and friendly I would recommend this place... if I move to the DC area this is where I would want to live.!!!
Jessica and the rest of the office staff have gone above and beyond their duties. The amenities are great. The problem started after the gas leak in September-October 2017 at the Liberty gas station right next to the apartment building. I had a headache for from breathing in all the fumes for two days straight. After that, there is always some construction going on dealing with this issue which makes traffic a pain to have to deal with outside of our apartment.
