We had a very annoying rattling noise behind our bathtub faucet. The sound became louder as months went on. You could even feel the pipe vibrating BEHIND the wall when turning off the faucet. Needless to say we didn't have any idea what was involved. A family plumber friend looked at it. He said all that needed to be done was to empty the air chambers.
