the tour was super nice, but when we went to book another tour for an apartment we wanted to move into, we werent able too and were only able to view the office which was okay. they said the floor plans were all pretty much the same, and we applied but havent heard anything, and tried calling as well to check up on it and no response. Wanting to be residents, this place fits every need.
I actually just got done living here and I enjoyed every minute of it! No major issues, nothing that made living here unpleasant at all. Rashay is doing all she can to make One24 a nice place to be, and she's killin it!
Manager is special and the maintenance team are professional and timely!
UPDATE 7/2/25 New management took over and was absolutely horrific. I liked old management who responded to calls, maintenence requests, and picked up poop. 1. We were told upon moving in that our pet corn snake was not allowed. It was in the lease, no tanks, no reptiles. Well when new management took over they allowed the maintenece guy to have his bearded dragon. I know because I saw him in the window every single day. From the tour alone, this place looks wonderful!! My leasing agent was so kind and so fun to talk to and very patiently answered my millions of questions!! Very hopeful to be a tenant soon 🫶🏼🤞🏼
