My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. The apartment has serious maintenance issues, including persistent moisture and humidity in the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as leaks from the hot water system that have caused water damage inside the unit. Despite reporting these problems multiple times, management and the maintenance team have failed to provide effective or lasting solutions. Very friendly staff and the property was beautiful. The apartments I toured were very nice, neat and smelled amazing.
Don’t rent anything with Thrive. They’re the worst property management company in the PNW. Unresponsive, careless, liars. They’ll only reach out when they want you to renew your lease.
