She was the most rude woman I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She has no time for you when you are there for help. Please enter your review here. I have been a patient of Dr. Halpern's for 30 years. She has been a life saver to me. She listens to me and always prescribes and/or adjusts medications to my healthy benefit.

I have been seeing Dr. Halpern for about 5 years. I have always been pleased with her interaction with me and her willingness to take extra time with me if I need it. She is also very knowledgeable about the different medications used to treat mental illnesses. I have had to change my meds more than a few times and Dr. Halpern has always shown me compassion during the waiting game to see if the meds will work. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Dr. Halpern was negligient with my care and her office staff was unresponsive. Dr. Halpern does not listen and treats her patients with unveiled contempt, which is ironic considering the field she has chosen. I will never forget the way she treated me, and only wish I had a recording/video of her. It would be viral on YouTube, it was that outrageously inappropriate.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens.
