Ate here for the first time today. Took order for drinks , brought them and left. My friend had Dim Sum. as I waited to have my order taken. Halfway through friends meal, I was FINALLY able to order from menu...Pho....nothing special. As my friend was almost done with his meal ( 4 items mind you), I still had not received my food.
