RecommendedThis was I first time here but certainly not our last. This place is a jewel 💎 tucked away in a strip mall. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The food was hands down some of the best Chinese and Vietnamese I’ve had in a while. Some of the menu choices such as the whole steamed fish with ginger and garlic reminded me of childhood dinners my dad would cook. Thank you Ha Long Bay for a wonderful dining experience.
Had dinner hear yesterday and saw two cockroaches while dining. Saw the waiter kill it with a napkin in his hand. Never washed his hands. He told me that he alerted the owner and that the owner was going to take care of it. He never took care of it. It was disgusting to know the place has roaches.
