Scam
These guys scam parents and insurance companies. If you get a scummy bill from these guys, DONT PAY IT. they just bill you for a shakedown even if your insurance already paid
This company presents themselves as a hospital service when in fact it's a wildly marked-up third-party service. Out of network for virtually all insurance, United, etc. I was able to get the bill reduced by 1/3 by spending several weeks protesting with my insurer and the Halo billing dept.
I did not agreed to a $550 hearing test, being at an In-Network hospital for my newborn I got an out-of-network hearing test? This is absolutely a scam!
