I used to go to Halo for my hair as a kid and must say they create an unsafe environment for queer individuals. Not only that but they are not well educated. I have natural curls and they never told me or my mom how to properly care for it and RUINED my hair. I am only now getting my curl pattern back to being healthy a decade after no longer being a client.
