Great overall experience. The Halo team did a great job planning our roof replacement and was in and out in 1.5 days. They also did a good job explaining the process and helped us understand the financial part of the claim.
We hired Halo to do our storm restoration after the Spring Hail storm that hit North Texas, We live in Lantana. From the moment Halo came to our house to do an inspection they came off as more professional than any of the other companies who assessed the damage. Halo restoration owned by ***** ******** did a fantastic job installing our roof. He followed up during the install and after. There were a couple damaged screens and scratched windows from the falling roofing. ***** came by right after completion and had the windows and screens replaced within 14 days. The whole job was seamless and ***** was professional, courteous and thorough.
We were referred to Halo by our insurance agent after a large hail storm hit our home leaving us with a lot of damage. Halo was able to come out quickly following the storm to inspect and patch our roof. They handled everything from working with our insurance adjuster, submitting paperwork to the insurance company, to coordinating all of the work (window, gutters, roof and garage door), and inspecting the work once it was completed. This was our 1st Texas hail storm and were immediately inundated with a million roofers looking for the job. We chose Halo because the Partner is local to our neighborhood. He did very well by us. His roofing crew was respectful of my property and he did great follow up care. Halo also handled the complete job to get gutters,windows, and fencing complete in a timely manner. Halo Storm Restoration did a great job re-shingling our roof recently. The salesperson was very professional and upfront about the costs and entire procedure. During the work on our house, the crew was respectful of our pool and landscape doing a good job of picking up after themselves. We just used Halo Storm Restoration to replace our roof after the horrible hail storm in March. I have to say the process could not have gone smoother. They took care of everything and I didn't have to call multiple companies to fix all the other damage the storm caused. On top if that ***** ******** was always kind and professional.
