I love everything about Halo Salt Spa! The atmosphere is welcoming and calming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Their reasonable pricing and special packages allow me to feel pampered and indulgent without breaking the bank. Amazing experience today at Halo. We did the salt room, community acupuncture with Freddie, and a 90 minute massage. Freddie helped us completely relax. Gretchen did my massage and she was AMAZING. I've had a massage almost everywhere in C'ville and this was hands down the best. Joshua was so helpful and made our experience utterly delightful!! Thank you for a great day.

Received acupuncture from Freddie and I have received it from a few other people in other states and I have to say that this was the most thorough consultation I've ever had, and I could feel a difference soon after. She even made sure to give me a "treatment plan" for at home and it really is helpful. My friend and I attended their Grand Opening this past weekend. We had appointments to enjoy Halotherapy in the Salt Room. It was very calming, unique, yet felt invigorated afterward. It was Fascinating to learn about the health benefits of salt. I will definitely be booking an appt soon!
