I had my first acupuncture and cupping done yesterday. It was amazing. Freddie took so much time with me and explained the science behind acupuncture and really understood what I was trying to accomplish. I have already signed up for my next session. The restorative yoga in the salt room will make you feel like you just had a massage, so relaxing!
I went on Christmas Eve and had a wonderful massage. I had hurt my back and it helped so much. The Salt room was so relaxing. It is just perfect after a massage. I have year round allergies and I could feel myself breathing better and my mood lifting. It is a beautiful spa, smells so nice and is very relaxing. I will go back very soon!

Located on the ped mall, the atmosphere is calming and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly genuine and knowledgable. I first went as the result of a gift certificate, and I keep going back. They also offer an assortment of retail items that make great gifts for yourself or loved ones.

I was a little nervous about my first time being in a sauna that I might pass out or something. I wish I had caught the receptionist's name but he was so welcoming and nice! He explained everything thoroughly and was very personable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I can't wait to experience other services offered.

there are many things that i can say about Halo Salt Spa, from the courtesy of the staff, to the tremendous variety and quality of the services they offer, to the incredibly welcoming and comforting atmosphere of the Salt Room, and the great location on the downtown mall. i was fortunate enough take Andi’s fantastic restorative yoga workshop; she is a wonderfully gifted teacher who takes care of all her students. i have also been able to use their infrared sauna and use some of their therapeutic salt products. i have enjoyed... read more
