i actually had the worst experience with this salon. i had an appointment with Casey. i had a 5 o’clock appointment originally and she asked me to switch to a 2 o’clock which i agreed to. i arrived on time and she asked me to wait 15 minutes. after 30 i left because i didn’t have time to wait all day. at 2:45 she called and asked if i was ready to which i replied that i had had to leave because she as so late. she was AWFUL and rude and basically hung up on me. she didn’t apologize for being late and was so nasty. i’ve neve... read more
