RecommendedThe only place for perfection every time.. Highly clean and friendly staff that are second to none in knowledge..If Glenn or Frank say they will not do a piercing you can be rest assured there is a very very good reason why not. They are not in the buisness of poke and blow to make money. There is many many years of experience amongst the staff and owners that have been piercing in Phoenix for at least 25 years by my count and is probably more then that..

Do not go to this shop unless you enjoy being ignored and treated poorly. The staff here is the rudest. The dude behind the desk was dismissive and unhelpful — it was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Don’t spend your money here there is a great shop down the street that speaks to you like you’re a human and doesn’t overcharge you. This place is the worst.
Beautiful studio with skilled piercers and impeccable jewelry quality and selection.
Frank is awesome! I had my forward helix done. He was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I came in right before closing and it wasn’t an issue. He still took his time and treated me like I was the first customer of the day. Explained everything he was doing and going to do.
