I suffer from extreme migraines. I decided to get my daith pierced. I was terrified. Needles are my BIGGEST fear. When I got there, I met Frank, I told him how nervous I was and that I hadn't eaten. He gave me crackers to prevent me from passing out. When it was my turn, I went into the room and sat down in the chair. Clean, professional, and kindly staff. The gal at the front desk took the time to go over my jewelry options with me, and was patient as I weighed all my options. She went out of her way to check on specific jewelry types I was interested in and was so sweet. Frank was my piercer, and was patient and kind. He even answered the phone a couple days down the line to personally answer some questions I’d forgotten to ask the day-of, and was super helpful. An overall lovely experience :)

What an amazing and professional place. I can’t say enough good stuff about my experience. The first thing I told my husband was other businesses should take customer service lessons from here! I went in for a new nose stud and for a consultation on how to get my bump to heal. A week later with a new permanent piece and use of some healing oil I’m good to go. Frank is rad! We even bonded over our love of colored sharpies. Thanks guys and gals for sorting me out.
