I came in a walkup and was greeted kindly by the receptionist Holly and the Nurse Stephanie. I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for but Stephanie was very patient, friendly and took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. There were no other patients, and I was considering an expensive laser treatment and injections when the male boss pulled the nurse out of the room and yelled at her for taking so much time with me. Great customer service and care. Very clean and professional. Loved my treatments. Dr. Banerjee is extremely knowledgeable. She's the best!
