Can't say enough nice things about the service that was provided to our family. Mel, the owner, and Rebecca who did the work, were lovely, caring, and compassionate. Thank you both!
HALO was fantastic. We had a mouse infestation and my in-laws that needed to be cleaned up after the exterminator was done. The mess was enormous and disgusting. HALO was outstanding, every step of the way!
Mel was amazing, in a stressful and extremely overwhelming situation she immediately put my mind at ease. She was a wealth of knowledge and support and knew exactly what needed to be done with my dads shop, I would highly recommend Halo and I would use them again.
I can't rate the service because there WAS NO SERVICE! Melanie was supposed to come by my place on May 4th, not only did no one show up but I haven't even heard back for over a month now. I thought I'd give it time, given the circumstances with COVID. But no phone call. Nothing. So I went with a different service instead. No recommend.
This company was absolutely helpful during my sisters home project. Mel B was a 19 star service provider. Would recommend this company for anyone who needs that extra help with whatever the problem may be.
