I went there today for a living social manicure/pedicure. I arrived well before my 11am appt. I was given a form to complete and was ushered to a "sitting area" where I was promptly forgotten. As the second customer was brought back to the same area and seated I inquired about my appt. She young lady said " she didn't know what happened and that I would be attended to soon". At 11:30 I walked out thoroughly disgusted and had my money refunded. WONT GO BACK, AS A FIRST EXPERIENCE IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN WORSE!!!
It's a really nice place with a calming and friendly atmosphere, from the time you walk in your looked after and pampered. I absolutely love my stylist Jourdan Gallman she did an amazing job not only on mine but on my mom's and mam-maws also. She cut and styled our hair the exact way we wanted and she also did a great treatment on my hair that left it so silky and soft. I just want to say thank you again Jourdan I'm still in love with my bangs :)
Shanda is the best ever! The spa is relaxing but Shanda and the entire staff are so professional. I live in Charlotte but I will come to Winston to come to Aveds's!
I highly recommend this salon and the stylist, Kyrsten. The environment is very inviting and comfortable. I was very pleased with my soft, bouncy hair as I left. Kyrsten is great with all hair types and there's no way you would guess my hair is natural when it is straightened.
Great experience today! Fantastic highlight and cut with Becky!
