Never having any kind of Aveda experience, I purchased a Groupon for this place on a whim. I was impressed with the products and services provided--It was truly a luxurious treat! Lori was very intuitive about the natural sort of color and cut I was looking for-- She is wonderful at her craft! I will also say that it is the best blowout I've ever had, hands down. (Without having to straighten all my hair!) Halo Salon and Spa will definitely have my future business.
I would love to speak to the manager/owner. Never have I been treated so rudely! I guess Halo is too good to need repeat clients. I had hiccups with my first experience and overlooked because my stylist was so amazing. Sheryl at the front desk needs to never talk to customers ever. Anyone with that much vinegar and attitude needs a job not dealing with people. Now I can see why Becky wasn't there a full year- the attitude is STIFLING! If you want clients to spend money, consider ditching the hostile environment!!!
Worst gel nail manicure I have EVER received! Got a French tip and the white is covering half of my nails like it's running and dripping everywhere. I am so embarrassed to show anyone what my hands look like. The lady completely screwed up and fried to file everything off to fix if and filed away most of my natural nail almost to the meat underneath!! I am so disappointed. Don't waste your time or money. SO EMBARASSING!!!
