Hands down one of the best dentists I've ever been to! I'm such a cowrd when it comes to going to a dentist but Dr. Greer is a VERY kind, very gentle guy. He's also an EXCELLENT dentist. His techs are wonderful and his office gals are amazing!! We are very blessed to have a dentist of his caliber in our area..
I moved to your practice because my old one could not keep a hygienist.
Being it was my first visit, the staff made me feel welcome from the start. I didn't feel like a new patient at all, I felt like I had been there years.
I love this place. I went in with minimal insurance and an immense need for dental work. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Greer agreed to do exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me to do anything different from what I wanted done. Debbie was fantastic in helping me get financing for the work I had done. This is Nate Whitten. I have been a patient at HFD for about 10 years. Never once have I had to wait past my appointment time. This is very important to me. Most doctors and dentists deliberately overbook patients. By doing this, they show greed and a complete disregard for their patients' time. Dr. Greer is just the opposite. I was quite impressed with everyone I met at Hallsville Family Dentistry. Debbie in the front office went out of her way to return my card when i left it because I had to leave in a hurry for a grandchild emergency. Chris was a very friendly and helpful hygienist and the dentist was friendly, helpful with my particular issues and very professional. I enjoyed my visit and I will return and recommend this office to everyone I know.
