You cant beat the friendly staff and the prices. It is never a good day when you need a tow but I would and will use these guys again without hesitation.

Our car broke down on a roadtrip and the insurance company sent Hall's to tow us. David in dispatch was incredibly helpful and kind. He provided serious relief to a stressful situation. Thank you David and Hall's Towing!!!

Needed a reasonable tow for a vehicle that wasn’t running. Quick and affordable service! Alex was very polite and parked the vehicle perfectly in the spot I needed it. Will definitely use again when needed!
They came out in the cold dark pouring rain this morning for my son when he wrecked his vehicle! Awesome service
Had a misfortune tonight with one of our customers MHP dispatched a heavy with out even asking if one has already been dispatched, well halls got there first we knew that wasn’t our wrecker Brad the operators was very professional with the situation and understood we had a wrecker on the way that pulled up 2 min after halls was very easy to work with to settle the situation any will be recommending them for things in the future. #mhpneedstolearntherepolicy #towlife #jacksonmstowing
My vehicle was displaced for more than 3 hours without service. My insurance company provided an address that was literally half a mile away from my physical location. This was obviously not their fault, but I spoke to at least 2 different people to let them know that I was on I-20 East. Neither the originally dispatched driver nor the supervisor was “able to locate” my vehicle in broad daylight. Instead they just asked over and over and over if I actually knew where I was. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Halls, their dispatcher is so patient and nice (especially with someone who is not good with directions) their wrecker was prompt, and their driver was so helpful ........you can’t get much better than patience, friendliness, prompt, and helpful all from one place!
