Absolutely awful overcooked food. SLOW service. Coffee tastes like dirty dish water. The cashier at the front has a terrible attitude problem.

I have been a very long time customer of Halls New Haven. We ordered dinner, takeout, of a buster platter with fries and coleslaw along with a fried chicken dinner with hashbrowns and coleslaw. What did you do? Nothing tasted the same infact it was terrible. Please bring back all your originals. The new is terrible
