from the time i started going there December 18 2012 they made me feel very comfortable. They are very organized and professional.
LOVE this practice! From the first encounter on the phone to set up an appointment to check out, every part of this experience was professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. Hallock is awesome at communicating the "what" and "why" of treatment. My crown fits perfectly and he followed up the same day with a call to make sure I was alright. Ruth Ann was exceptionally gentle and knowledgeable with my deep cleaning and the front office was great at explaining my benefits. I highly recommend this dental practice!
RecommendedHaving significant dental issues, I’ve seen a LOT of dentists over the years. I’ve never been more impressed by a dentist and dental office than I am with Dr Hallock and his staff. They listen and partner with me on my dental care, explain things thoroughly, are compassionate and kind, while providing excellent dental care in a comfortable environment (as much as any dental office can be). I am so thankful to have finally found a wonderful dentist here in McKinney! I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to dentists, not to mention it’s usually extremely nerve racking for me with my root sensitivity. Lynn cleaned my teeth and she was so gentle, very experienced and I felt ZERO pain! I can’t remember the last time that happened.
