they will take your money and run, under estimate your property value by more than half , and cause your approved loan to fail. they got there money and run, schedule problems, and don't listen to improvements of property. and underestimate your appraisal. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE , oh and i would not give them one star but would not let post without giving something
