I have been a resident in Hallmark since 2014 just like any where else there will be some ups and downs. I can say with the new company that is over Hallmark I’m happy with the upkeep and the maintenance that they are putting into the complex to more happier and safer
The community manager is really nice & the maintenance men are quick to fix work orders.
DO NOT MOVE HERE…ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PEACE OF MIND! They can’t keep a maintenance man for over a year (I would say they’ve never had 2-3 at the same time, it’s always ONE , that takes forever to get to your unit) the property is always trashy, especially by the dumpster going out to skyline) I barely see the new maintenance guy doing anything but walking around the property not doing anything but talking!!!
