Not cleaned well. Lady bug infestation..??
I went through a rental agency called Dorris Property Management. Agent Daveton Brown! What a Scam Alert ⚠️ deal . They took a deposit plus one month's rent according to the contract. Then wanted a pet deposit which in the contract was not mandatory. When I said I was no longer interested they refused to send any money back . Well I made the deposit against my better judgment. I love the apartment and the manager Marissa is absolutely fantastic. There is nothing she can't get done!!! Great green space in the rear away from the street. Quiet. Great place to live!
