Good morning Hallmark Homes. We really appreciate your guys trying to get water out of our spigot for your bricklayers to use. Even after being ran off last week from another house. Thanks for re-enforcing the fact that people should never use you to build a house in Seymour, considering this is the kind of treatment neighbors will get.
My name is Steve. We have several issues that were brought up with our CM but they were not resolved or were patched quickly to close but never properly finished. When we had our post move in inspections and repairs we brought them up again but none were fully fixed or we were told they had to note it and have a different crew come and fix it but never got a follow-up call so we just gave up trying.
