We built our home in 2004, until you have to start replacing things on your home is when you find out the quality of work. 5 years in our A/C outdoor unit stopped working, when we got it fixed found out that what was installed was a refurbished unit not the new unit that was on our plans that we paid for. I did contact Hallmark homes at the time and only got that it was out of warranty and that we should have check when it was getting built. Who checks inside of an outdoor A/C unit.
