We had a good experience! Were able to have a caregiver in our home quickly.
Health care aids were professional and wonderful with my husband
Hallmark Homecare was great to work with. My mother can be challenging, and the caregiver was attentive, patient, and adaptable as the situation dictated. I appreciate all that they did and the care that was provided.
UH and Cleveland Clinic Physical Therapy are good but appear to be somewhat perfunctory. Whereas Tony and Tina seem to be genuinely concerned with Michael's care.
