Hallmark Homecare was great to work with. My mother can be challenging, and the caregiver was attentive, patient, and adaptable as the situation dictated. I appreciate all that they did and the care that was provided.
UH and Cleveland Clinic Physical Therapy are good but appear to be somewhat perfunctory. Whereas Tony and Tina seem to be genuinely concerned with Michael's care.
Hallmark Homecare has been a life saver. Tony has been a delight to work with. He is very professional and has fulfilled our needs, accommodating to our specific care, tailored to meet all of the requirements brought forth. He is always looking out for our best interest.
