I live here.Nice place but,it would be twice as nice if they would screen these trifling tenants,whom have no respect for their home.Kids and trash are a serious problem.If you like Cleanliness,then don't move here!
Charlotte is an excellent manager. She is very nice and will help her tenants with whatever is needed. You guys are very lucky to have her.
Lived here for about 5 months now, overall it's an "okay" place. The property manager and maintenance are nice and friendly, however...the pool is unkept, it's completely green and molded and has been locked down since moving here. The laundry facility is invested with roaches, dead and alive- and most of the machines are unkept and broken as well. The noise level here is pretty high, you can hear car engines rev almost constantly at night, or loud music and neighbors. It's also right by a school so the traffic to get in or ... read more
I've lived here for about 8 mths roaches weed smoke kids play rite at your door they dnt move when asked maintenance does not fix issues you have can't never catch the office open bt she will put note on door when u late on rent half of the people here move out before lease up hmmmm what that tell you
