we bought a building with a 6 year warranty. It arrived at 9 pm at dark so the guy couldn't see to deliver. He took it somewhere and dumped it off the trailer. came again at dark a few days later. Dumped off in the street and started bringing it down the driveway and immediately saw dents in siding everywhere and improperly mounted doors, and many other damage spots. they said just pay and we will fix it all. Sorry for your experience. According to records our repairman was out twice and cited leveling as the remaining issue. He also cited that he was not permitted by the customer to correct. We would love the opportunity to send someone out to level the building properly but there will be a charge as it’s current location and level was by your original request.
For starters, return phone calls. And before God and man, take responsibility for promptly refunding the down payment in the situation I am left with - when the building was dumped on the driveway in severely damaged condition caused by the delivery guy, and therefore cancelled, as anyone would expect. I am a 78-year-old woman on Social Security, who fronted the $674.10 so the disabled guy I was trying to help ( he had not yet gotten his stimulus check ) and I am still waiting for the refund, which I don't know why this comp... read more
Please consult me or message me on Facebook before you or your decide to do business with this company. A little about my on-going experience. My building was supposed to be here last month. I waited all day and it never arrived. After it did not arrive on the first set date, per the signed contract, I called and asked for my payment back. I was told that I could not get it refunded, almost $200.00. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! We have taken a total of 3 days off of work for our building that has yet to arrive! 3 different days, 3 different weeks. We haven’t even been contacted by Hallmark to find this out. The delivery driver is the one who has told us the truth about our building. They won’t answer our calls, and they won’t refund our down payment. We are out a large amount of money with no building and no answers! We will never use them again or recommend them to anyone! I highly suggest you go elsewhere.
RecommendedI love the greenhouse, but there was an issue with my delivery date, and the quality of the spray paint job inside the greenhouse. Also, there were two place inside the greenhouse where the screws to the polycarbonate missed the wood, and some defective lumber was used. If you purchase one, just make sure to check it out before you start using it. They were going to have someone re paint it, but it gets over 100 degrees inside of it this time of year.
