I lived at Hallmark at Garden Parkway for several years, and unfortunately my experience became extremely disappointing. I move out here in May! Angela was good! But the unit was not CLEANED!!! Floor dirty, bathroom dirty! The whole entire kitchen was nasty! Roaches! And now I had INSPECTION!!!! But ain’t never came back to fix was need to be fix🤔 I have to walk in my unit with no lights! Bulk blow and ain’t been back since what kind of since that make! But want that RENT money!🤔
